What we do
Services
Process installation, spool fabrication, stainless engineering, maintenance and repairs, and skilled crews, from one contractor. Take one, or take the lot.
Process and mechanical installation
New lines, extensions and modifications on food, drink and water sites. We set, connect, support and test, and we plan the work around your production so the plant keeps running.
- Process pipework installation, including hygienic stainless lines
- Pumps, valves, instruments and skids set and connected
- Pipe supports, brackets and small steelwork
- Tie-ins and modifications on running plants, planned around shutdowns
- Pressure testing and flushing before handover
Workshop
Pipe spool fabrication
Spools built to drawing in the shop, so the time on your floor is fitting, not fabricating.
Workshop welding is cleaner, easier to purge and easier to inspect than welding in a tight plant room. We cut, prep and weld each spool to the drawing, mark it so it can't go in the wrong place, and deliver it ready to bolt or clamp in.
- Fabrication from your isometrics or marked-up drawings
- Cut, bevelled and prepped in the shop
- TIG welded with a proper back purge
- Flanged, ferrule and plain ends
- Every spool marked to its drawing
- Delivered to site ready to install
Stainless steel engineering
The stainless that holds a plant together. Made to suit the space it's going into, finished so it cleans down properly, and built to last in wet, washed-down areas.
- Prep tables, benches and sinks with upstands and undershelves
- Shelving and racking for cold rooms and stores
- Handrails, balustrades and mobile access steps
- Corner guards, wall rails and barrier protection
- Hygienic frames, stands and supports
- Repairs and modifications to existing stainless equipment
Made to order
Standard pieces we make in 304 and 316 stainless, sized to your space. Ask for anything that isn't here.

Industrial maintenance, onsite repairs and upgrades
When something on your line breaks, wears out or needs to do more, we come to you. Repairs, maintenance and upgrades to stainless equipment and process pipework, planned around your production so the plant keeps running.
- Onsite repairs to stainless equipment and pipework
- Planned maintenance and shutdown work
- Modifications and upgrades to existing lines
- Replacing worn pipework, valves and fittings
- Adding new equipment into existing process lines
Subcontract services
Experienced fitters and welders who slot into your project and work to your programme.
Main mechanical contractors and automation companies bring us in when they need people who know process work and don't need minding. We work to your site rules and safety systems and report to your site lead.
- Pipefitters and welders for mechanical contractors
- Install crews for automation and control companies
- Shutdown and peak-period support
- Working to your RAMS and site rules
